DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTY

The Flexi Deck material is warranted to be free of any defect at the time of purchase.

This is a limited product warranty that covers normal wear and tear and is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Any installation of the Flexi Deck product is not covered by the limited product warranty. Installers shall provide their own warranty.

Flexi Deck is a marine grade product; warranty does not cover any of the following; damage from knives, damage from metal objects, damage from shoes, damage from glass, damage from work boots, damage from marine equipment including buckets, tanks etc, damage from petrol, damage from diesel fuel, damage from oils. Any liquid spills should be cleaned immediately.

Claims made for fade and change of colour of material shall be limited to one year and exclude any stains caused by organic or synthetic materials.

This limited warranty shall not apply to this material or any part thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, abuse or misuse.
